Web Integration Project (WIP): CLF2-Compliant Generic E-Mail Addresses
With regards to the Web Integration Project, the first production release (i.e. Release 4.7) was planned for March 12, 2009. Unfortunately, this release has to be postponed. New schedule information will be communicated in the next few days.
When this release is implemented, all generic e-mail addresses on the Publications Web site (publications.gc.ca) will be updated to use the new Common Look and Feel (CFL2)*-compliant generic e-mail addresses, as follows:

Please start using the new generic e-mail addresses and save them to your address books for future use.
Changes regarding the other component of Release 4.7 (i.e. Removal of Client Care Centre) will be communicated to those affected by that change separately.
